Zaepfel Development Co. was founded in 1974 by James Zaepfel. His son, Greg, has led an energetic and experienced team that has worked together on many award-winning projects over the years.  Our tremendously successful, 50-acre College Park Office Park in Amherst, New York, won the Mid-Atlantic Region Building Owners and Managers Association Year 2000 Office Park of the Year Award.
